Grown in our coolest, eastern facing block, the fruit is hand harvested and sorted to ensure only the highest quality makes it into the winery. The fruit is then whole bunch pressed, straight to barrel (32% new), and left to undergo fermentation. The wine is aged on lees for 10 months.

85 | Grubby sulphide led, some lean fruit underneath. A hint cheesy, clipped changed 83 to 85

91 | Fatty cheesy development and a lactic character. Just a bit sour. Plenty of complexity though
