Entry Fees for the 2024 Australian & New Zealand Wine Awards 

Entry fees for the Australian & New Zealand Boutique Wine Awards (ANZBWS / ANZBWA / The Awards) are tiered as follows. By proceeding to enter, you are agreeing to adhere and be bound by the terms & conditions of the Awards:

Entry Fees:

  • Costs per entry are:
    • 1 – 4 entries = $89 per entry;
    • 5 – 8 entries = $79 per entry;
    • 9 – 12 entries = $69 per entry;
    • 13 + entries = $59 per entry.
  • Entry fees include all applicable taxes and all costs associated with handling, warehousing, international freight, customs clearance, duties payable, administration and photography once received into our warehouses.
  • You must send in a minimum of 3 bottles per entry.
  • You are submitting your entries to the Australian & New Zealand Boutique Wine Awards before or at the time of the dispatch of your bottles.
  • Entries are submitted on-line through the DrinkMe Digital platform. Entry Fee must be paid on-line by credit card. By special arrangement we can accept bank transfer. Entry Fee payments must clear into Australian & New Zealand Boutique Wine Awards Bank Account before the Entry in respect of which the Entry Fee has been paid, will be judged.
  • Entries must be final finished labelled wines and of the vintage entered, completely bottled when submitted. Tank samples will not be accepted as entries into the Awards.

Freight:

  • Wineries must cover the costs of their own freight & insurance during all freighting periods between the cellar door / warehouse and the nominated collection point in Auckland & Sydney.
  • Absolute closing deadlines for stock receipt are detailed on the website. Note – the deadlines published are for stock received into the respective warehouses – this means that stock must be sent well in advance of this deadline. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that they deliver the entries to the respective depots before these deadlines.
  • Freight labels will be emailed automatically upon submission and payment of entry fees to each participant with specific information pertaining to each entry contained therein. Please ensure that these labels are printed, completed in full and QR codes scanned prior to stock dispatch. Please ensure the freight labels are securely attached to your boxes before dispatch.
  • Reminder – we do not send stickers to wineries. All stock is sorted upon receipt into our warehouses.
