Pontifex Wines Shiraz 2019

Deep red in colour. The wine has a bouquet of dark bramble fruit intertwined with richer notes of espresso, dark chocolate and cedar spice. Hints of elderflower bring a delicate lift to the glass. The palate continues on with its bold primary fruit, think blackberry, plums and cherry. Subtle notes of cedar and spice paired with soft, mouth filling tannins create a wine with great depth and length.
