Our ‘shining sword rising from the water’ moment wasn’t quite of Arthurian

legend, but by a misty dam early one morning, the first rapier-like cut of this

Sauvignon Blanc inspired our Excalibur. Perfect for sitting down with a well-chilled

glass on a balmy summer’s eve, accompanying a plate of fresh crustaceans.

85 | Pale straw. Hay and grass on nose. Grassy and herbal - herbal aftertaste. nettle on finish. A bit short.

86 | Pungent with round juicy palate, missing mid palate concentration

90 | Relatively subtle, citrussy, some yeastm some herbs. Good fuller style. Crisp acid, clean, fine. Good balance if somewhat restrained!
