This delicate wine has been meticulously blended to enrich the natural fruit characters of the classic grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Both the Pinot Noir & Chardonnay grapes were hand picked & whole bunch pressed. Zaahira Sparkling displays an enticing fragrant mix of red fruit including fresh strawberry, mulberry, pomegranate and poached rhubarb. The finish is soft in the mouth with a refreshing crisp citrus backbone ensuring the longevity of the wine. We have used the Charmat wine fermentation process to enhance this wine & achieve a fine bead with a lively and fresh balance. This fizz is the perfect start or end to any meal or occasion!
