Produced from 35-50 year old Shiraz vines from the Zimmermann vineyards. Lifted dark berries, spice, leather and chocolate aromas flow through to a full palate with great length. Gentle fine-grained tannin provides the Pilgrim with a generous finish.

83 | Strong baked aromas. Some prickly VA. The alcohol is bold and gives the wine a strong spirits character. The volume is very loud. Lacks grace.
