Hand-picked fruit was whole bunch pressed off skins to tank where it was cool fermented over 3 weeks. With a delightful pale rose/onion skin colour, aromas of sweet violets and characters of bay leaf, and a touch of spice, it is a delicious, completely dry wine with round savoury flavours.
