The Reschke family first settled in the Coonawarra district in 1906, establishing themselves as prime Hereford graziers. In 1989 Burke Reschke, fourth

generation in the family decided to develop the farmland into vineyards, which in turn produced exceptional fruit, as well as a number of Australia’s icon wines. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich full bodied wine with supple texture. Flavours of blackberry and cherry are present on the fore among nicely integrated spicy French oak characters. Thee lengthy palate delivers a seamless wine with silky tannins and excellent varietal charactertistics – for that

lasting impression.

88 | black plums and cherries. bright fruits and fresh acidity. concentration on fruit flavor with integrated oak. tannins are present and supportive.

84 | Inky colour. Chocolate, tobacco, spice, eucalyptus and dark fruits. Too tertiary on the palate.
