This Shiraz is rich and balanced with white pepper spice, dark fruits and well integrated oak. It is a wonderfully round, complex wine that has all the hallmarks of a classic Australian Shiraz. From our northern block in Wrattonbully. Aged in predominately older oak to ensure the richness of fruit is preserved and minimal tannin is absorbed.
