Combination of picks from estate grown block 3 Shiraz and a small portion from one other northern Frankland site fermented separately. Destemmed whilst retaining as much whole berry as possible. Cold soaked, plunged and pumped over through the peak of fermentation. Pressed to barrique, hogshead and puncheon for 9 months maturation.
