Winemaking: Crushed, destemmed, and fermented in open-top fermenters for 6 days with plunging twice daily. 12 months in French oak (10% new) to develop complexity.
Description: Our Barbera is a medium-bodied wine with a vibrant ruby colour. It displays notes of cherries and red berries and is supported by a good natural acidity which the variety is known for. This makes it the perfect accompaniment to richer meals with meats and cheeses, as it nicely balances these accompaniments.
