Krinklewood Estate Francesca Rose’ 2023

We made our Francesca Rosé from Merlot & Mourvedre blend in this vintage. The fruit was handpicked early and quickly chilled to preserve the varietal grape characters. The fruit was then pressed gently with minimal skin contact, giving the juice the softest pink colour. After pressing, the wine was settled & fermented separately to allow the varieties to express their unique characteristics best. The wine was filtered, blended & bottled early to retain the beautiful aromatics.
