The fruit for this Riesling comes from a small select parcel on Eldredge Vineyards estate in Spring Gully, Clare which is located at around 580 metres above sea level.
This wine can be enjoyed young and fresh however it has the potential to cellar for 10 – 15 years or longer.
Free run juice undergoes a long, slow, cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A small parcel is then cut from the main batch and is bottled with minimal fining and filtration.
