Our 2023 Chardonnay is fermented in a combination of French Oak barrels and stainless steel tank. 2024 was a year of low-yields but concentrated flavours and 40% of the wine was fermented in new French oak.

95 | flinty aromatics, really good tension. acid hold everything in check.

90 | Good colour nice greens ,lifted bacon bone complex aroma Nice bright palate good acid nice fruit and oak , come back look at oak

95 | flinty reduction, lovely oak and intensity. powerful fruit, phenolics in the right places, great acid line to clean and balance.
