Yellow peach, shaved almond, wet slate and nougat greet on the nose. A generous palate of white pears, jasmine and green apples, boasting quenching acidity, minerality and pois. A textural and engaging finish laced with hints of lanolin, limes and dried thyme.

88 | ok intensity, green apple, gooseberry, herbs, fresh nice acid, fine texture and long finish

83 | Grassy edges under mid-weight fruit. Some passionfruit skin hints, a little firm edged and clipped short by texture.

85 | Ripe banana + oak. Barrel ferment with some yeast / oxidative development = nutmeg spice Mid Palate > Late Palate. CB acidity provides length; OK - but oak slightly dominates.
