Deep violet raspberry with a purple rim. Pepper, spice, blueberry and floral notes with plummy depth from the Shiraz and the unmistakable mulberry inkiness from the Malbec – both the hallmarks of this unique blend for which Castelli is renowned. Intense, with fine tannins but very easy drinking.
Mixed Ageing – 40% in French oak for 9 months, the remainder in stainless steel. Total 24mths.
