Deep ruby red in colour, this Pinot Noir has powerful aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, subtle spice and toasty oak. Concentrated red fruits fill the palate with ripe, fine-grained tannins providing structure and length. Will reward careful cellaring of 5-10 years, but can be enjoyed now paired with, for example, Venison Striploin and Potatoes au Gratin.
