This 2021 Pinot Noir form the Ynys Witrin Vineyard, is a vibrant dark red cherry colour with purple hues. It has aroma of cherry, spice & wild forest berries complemented by fine French oak. The palate has varietal flavours, is balanced, and has a long fine silky finish. While drinking well now, it will benefit from cellaring over the next six to seven years.
