Boomer Creek Joy Sparkling 2022

83 | bright, floral. palate quite short, some firm acid and phenolic grip.

85 | Pale straw. Fine bead. Soft apple/ lemon acid with toasty characters. Good flavours, some RS, honeys finish.

89 | Bit of reductive notes on the nose - celery stick, sugar snap peas, lime zing. Very primary (as per the variety) but lacks some depth and power. More aperitif terrritory.

90 | lemon cure and cream, white fruits. lovely citrus and chalk and light lemon cream with dusty chalk finish, M+
