Hand-picked, gently whole bunch pressed and naturally fermented in French Oak barrels. A premium wine of great complexity. Aromas reminiscent of white nectarines overlaid with hints of nougat and cashew, leading to a creamy, finely textured palate with a long and persistent finish

87 | oak dominant, toasty, yeasty, fresh fruit underneath; nice acid but a bit washout on the palate

90 | Sulphide reduct, oak lift and wild lift. Juicy and pulpy fruit, almost sweet, broad spectrum, acid slight shy, MLF sweetness?

95 | Pale-med straw. Good integration of flinty and mineral characters. Mineral overall. A slightly salty salivating and understated Chardonnay. Elegant. Good length.
