This is what we love, northern Barossa Shiraz grown by 6th generation grower Adrian Hoffmann. This wine packs a punch with aromas of dark fruits, cedar spice and a hint of licorice. Dark blackberry and plum hits once you taste it, with fine tannins and plenty of acidity for balance. Hand made, basket pressed as a small batch matured in 50% new French and American oak. We recommend pairing this wine with your favourite vinyl record and some dim lighting!
