Five Bob Farm produces distinctive cool-climate wines from our vineyard on Tasmania’s d’Entrecasteaux Channel, where maritime influences and unique terroir create exceptional growing conditions. Working with winemaker Johnny Hughes, we craft wines that authentically express this special Channel location in southern Tasmania. Our small-scale production focuses on quality over quantity, with each vintage reflecting the distinctive character of our coastal vineyard site. The farm’s integrated approach – combining viticulture with sustainable farming practices and our role as home to Art Farm Birchs Bay – demonstrates our commitment to creating wines that are genuinely connected to place and community.
