Cloak & Dagger came about from Winemaker Callie’s love of the Italian art of feasting. The concept is simple, and the results are phenomenal, fantastic ingredients and minimal manipulation. Inspired by the long lunches on her trips to Italy where a fresh baked focaccia drenched with local olive oil could match any Michelin star dish.
Cloak & Dagger wines are made to be enjoyed with friends, smiles, pizza or pasta, from a tumbler with a wedge of cheese on a tartan rug or curled up by candlelight with someone special. They are great wines, made by Callie, simply to be enjoyed.
